ITINERARY
24 hours before the excursion our tour guide will come at your hotel to give you the breafing with respective route map, excursion day our tour guide will come with our private car at 09:00 am to lead you at our start point in CHINCHERO (3750 meters), here we are going to receive our equipment down hill as GT bicycle, helmet, box lunch, after that we are going to start for a road, passing for beautiful landscapes surrounded by snow mountains and fields of potatoes, andean cereals (Quinua, quiwicha, barly.) until our arrival to
Reach down MORAY (3500 meters.) located to 53 km from Cusco city where we can find the largest agricultural experimentation center of the Inca, here our guide will give us more information and help us to solve the mysteries that keeps this place for centuries.
Here we take our box lunch accompanied by Andean nature.
Descending for road we will pass for a colonial town named Maras, knew by their stone gates and houses built in 17 century with its San Francisco church,. continuing our route will get the mine of SALINERAS (3100 meters) at the distance give us the feeling of small white terraces, here you are going to learn about the extraction of salt and the ancestral ceremonies, we will taste the broad bean. One hour more descending we'll arrive to Pichingoto where our car will be waiting us to return to Cusco.
